Our future goals
In 2000, Jane Doe set out to make a difference in the lives of youth all throughout San Francisco by providing them with all the tools, resources and support they need in order to shape them into the leaders of tomorrow. Over the years, Reaching Out Youth has grown to be the best Youth Organization in the area - offering youth of the community a chance to reach their fullest potential.

Nicole Sarahi
Non-Profit Organizations/ School Administration- Helping low-income families succeed through the supply of community resources. Learning about prevention and intervention programs that may be implemented to support the success of low-income students in school settings.

Megan O'Grady
School Psychologist - Understanding that many factors play a role in the well-being of adolescents. It is important to use this knowledge to develop effective relationships with students and guide them in the right direction.

Lauren Thomas
Teacher/Counselor-Helping play a crucial role in adolescents' well-being through the application of social and emotional learning programs, as well as consultation provision to parents that take these findings into consideration. As a professional I want to help contribute to further development.

Lilly Bell
Teacher/Educator - Understanding the various factors that contribute to the well-being of adolescents. Learning how to incorporate protective factors into my classroom to help students, especially those in low-income household who face more adversities.

Madeline Tandy
Teacher and Counselor - Providing necessary resources to all types of students. Students are individuals and come from different community backgrounds.
As professionals, we must adapt our teaching methods accordingly.
