At Reaching Out, we believe that every teen should be provided the necessary resources to ensure they can become the best version of themselves. Research has shown that adolescents living in low-income communities have different experiences than those in higher SES communities, and these experiences affect adolescents' well-being. The five of us, have created a space in which teachers and educators can learn more about resources that provide students with different opportunities to learn and grow. We strive to help teachers and educators provide the necessary resources to all their students. 
Our goals are to help shape the way adolescents living in low-income communities live their lives and provide them with resources that ensure, positive relationships with family and peers, sexual health education, and ensure school success.
